Pressing questions of development of a civil society are discussed at the two-day conference, which have opened recently in Turkmen capital, the Ashkhabad correspondent of Turkmenistan.ru informs.
U.S. embassy in Ashkhabad has acted as the organizer of a forum named “Civil society and role of the international programs”. Representatives of the ministries, departments and other state institutions of Turkmenistan, public and international organizations, and also foreign experts-jurists take part in its work.
Employees of the offices of the international organizations accredited in Turkmen capital, who attended the conference, in particular, OSCE, IOM, UNICEF, UNHCR paid special attention to aspects of social and legal security of citizens, their participation in public and business life of the state.
Presentation of the international scientific and educational programs in the field of development of a civil society took place in the framework of the forum. |
